4. DIVULGE INFORMATION: Once a member has received his/her membership confirmation, he/she is bound to an agreement that he/she shall not in any way divulge selections or any information about PERSONAL INFO to any third parties or discuss our PRIVATE information and selections on ANY internet forums or personal blogs, whether before or after the official result, as this is PRIVATE MEMBERS ORGANISATION and any INFORMATION past onto members must remain PRIVATE. It (The PERSONAL INFO information and selections) is released exclusively to members of PERSONAL INFO ONLY- information piracy and/or the re-transmission of syndicate information, either for commercial gain or not of any kind will NOT be permitted, and if any members unique username, password, or Tel pin No is found to be being used by any pirate sites or third parties, we will seek legal redress in any such cases. Furthermore, ANY member found to be discussing the PERSONAL INFO selections or any PRIVATE information about the service of any kind on forums or who have been found to have passed on their unique username, password, or Tel pin to any pirate sites or third parties will have his/her membership terminated immediately WITHOUT REFUND. This is a PRIVATE MEMBERS ORGANISATION, therefore MEMBERS are asked to please keep it that way, otherwise advised prices may become harder to for genuine members obtain!
5. PAST RESULTS: Members must be aware that not every bet will win. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance and PERSONAL INFO is not bound by any assurance that profits will be achieved.
6. REFUNDS: PERSONAL INFO cannot offer refunds of subscriptions under any circumstances. This is not through lack of goodwill but because fixed costs are incurred and betting information is paid for irrespective of results.
7. LIABILITY: Due to the nature of electronic distribution of information, services and materials, neither PERSONAL INFO nor any of its Data Providers nor affiliates have any liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages resulting from or related to use of or inability to use any information contained in our services or the provision of the services to the fullest extent to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law. In no event shall PERSONAL INFO be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in relation to the provision of the services or the provision of information.
8. INDEMNITY: You irrevocably indemnify PERSONAL INFO and its Data Providers and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by PERSONAL INFO, any Data Providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part of our services or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of this agreement by you.
9, 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION IN 2 INSTALMENTS: Any member who takes up the offer of a 12 MONTH membership with the option of paying in 2 instalments can not also take advantage of any other promotional offer, as the option of paying in 2 instalments is at the FULL PRICE and the member can not also later cancel the second instalment payment for any reason, as by taking up this offer you agree to join the MAINLINE SERVICE for 12 months and you have purchased a 12 Month membership! The only difference is that we PERSONAL INFO have been kind enough to offer you an easier option of paying for your preferred 12 MONTH membership in a more convenient way to suit you. If you pay by a credit/debit the 2nd instalment will be taken from the same credit/debit card when the instalment payment is due as agreed above, alternatively you can send us a credit/debit card mandate instruction if you wish to use a different card.
10, BETTING ON HORSE RACING IS A GAMBLE: Always remember that betting on horse racing and all sports, is a gamble, and we at PERSONAL INFO advice you strongly to never back with money that you cannot afford to lose.
11, The MAXIMUM BETS: The Maximum Bets are made available either via a NATIONAL RATE Information line that will be provided to you (if you join online please request this No) along with LIVE PINS ACCESS No's, or by login on line at our website www.personal-info.co.uk as advised when joining the service. However, if we make a MAX BET available to you and you fail to either call the number or login for that MAX BET then that MAX BET will be treated as a USED selection in your subscribed amount, as we have made the selection available ~ it will not be the fault of PERSONAL INFO that you fail to obtained a selection made available to you by one of the access methods, EXAMPLE if you subscribe for 50 MAX BET selections then you will receive 50 pin access No's and the pin number will change after each selection, so if you fail to call for one of them you still move to the next pin later(however, we can suspend your service if you going on holiday for a few weeks, however, you must first tell us before you go on holiday). The NATIONAL RATE Information line and MAX BET MEMBERS page is updated each day at approx half an hour before the first race and you are advised to either call the number or visit the MEMBER PAGE each day as BOTH will tell you what our plans are for that day.
12, MAX BET TEXT ALERTS: Because we can sometimes go up to 3 weeks without there being a MAX BET available (sometimes maybe even longer) we do offer to send MAX BET MEMBERS a MAX BET ALERT text message to your mobile phone or email address, so that there is no need for you to ever miss out on any future Max Bets!! However, you must request the text alerts, because text or email messages are not always guarantee to be delivery on time the TEXT ALERTS are really ONLY sent as a COURTESY message and is not part of the service that you have brought and is not meant to be relied upon, you are advised to get into the habit of either calling the 0870 line or login in to the member only area page at the time that the last message advised you too!!. 14, THE FIRST MESSAGE: You are advised to visit our website and login to the MEMBERS ONLY area of the site using your chosen username and password or call the 0870 National Rate Line each day at approx 1.15pm or at least half an hour before the first race, if the first race is scheduled to take place before 1.45pm, or, if we have already advised you to come back at a different time on the previous message, or if we send you a text message with a new selection(s) or a new time if different from above, however, this would only happen if we feel that we need to upload a message earlier than normal, for example, if there is an advised price to be taken. Therefore, if we don't already have your mobile phone No please email to kevin@personal-info.co.uk or text to 0791 379 2678 along with your full name. If we don’t have a mobile number for you we will text your landline! These times will change during the winter months. We will always try to upload all of the selection(s) on the first message; however, there will also be UPDATE messages from time to time especially in the summer months when we have later races and evening cards! However, we strongly advise that members always come back for the update messages at the times when advised to on the previous message! The first message will also tell you if you need to call back at a later time that day, in case we are expecting any selections to be confirmed later in the day. One of the main reasons for later updates is that sometimes we do get quite a lot of information from our confidant’s, however, we are a very selective service and we like to have a good long look at the races concerned. We are mainly looking at past form, not only of the potential selection(s) but also the opposition, both positives and negatives, this takes up quite a lot of our valuable time……….hence the reason for the updates from time to time. It is in your own best interest that we spend as much time as possible looking at the races concerned, sometimes we will spend between 2 or 3 hours looking at just one race!!. So please be patient if we ask you to come back.

15, STAKING: All Personal Info MAINLINE selections are advised in a staking plan of 1 to 12 unit points. It is the choice of each individual member to decide on what unit stakes to use. For EXAMPLE: If you decide to use £10 per unit point then your stake on a 6pts to win bet (average stake) will become a £60 to win bet in your own staking plan, or if you wish to use smaller stakes then using £5 per unit advised for the same 6pts to win bet would become a £30 to win bet in your own staking plan, or if you wish to bet at larger stakes, then simply use a larger unit stake!! EXAMPLE: If you decide on a £20 per point plan then the 6pts to win advised would become a £120 to win bet!. We advise that you choose a level of staking that you can easily afford and then stick to that level of staking for your membership term. We know that some members do increase their staking when they feel more comfortable with our service. However, we strongly advise that if you decide to increase your staking, then we advise that you don’t increase your stakes too quickly! For EXAMPLE: If we advised a successful 50pts profit in the first month of your membership term and you were only using £10 unit stakes then you would have made a £500 profit in that first month, however, if in the second month you increased your staking too high and jumped right up to £50 per unit point then you would leave your profits and betting bank exposed to a losing run, as losing only 10pts in that second month would lose all the profits already made from your first month in this example!.
All our profit and loss statistics on our website and in our mail shots are illustrated at £100 per point with no increasing or decreasing of the staking plan. We do have quite a few members who use £100 per point stakes with some using even larger stakes and others much smaller stakes, some even staking as low as around ONLY £5 per point. The reason for this is that everyone has different betting levels, however, from information received from members we do know that the average member will stake around £50 per point! We really do feel that the best policy is for YOU to establish your own staking level that you will feel comfortable with and stick to that level of staking as we will have the inevitable losing run from time to time, as will any service. However, our long term profit and lose figures don’t lie and they are 100% genuine. Therefore, please take a closer look at the statistics that will be on our website or in the mail shot that you received and use those as a guide to help you decide on your own personal staking. We are not a service that has a record of going on long losing runs like some other services, so most of the time we will actually be reinvesting from winnings made from previous successful bets, however, we do know that some members like to have betting banks, that is money that they have put to one side and it is money that they will not back beyond, therefore, if you wish to have a betting bank then we would suggest that 150 times the level of unit stakes that you back too should be sufficient to combat any inevitable losing run ie: £20 per point x 150 = a £3,000 betting bank or if you intend to back at a much higher level then £100 per point x 150 = £15,000.
